	2:39am jj.: i mean, i kind of think of gene clark as the best songwriter in the byrds. i love the byrds & all, but his album with the gosdin brothers & the white light demos get way more play in my household than anything by mcguinn, crosby, or even parsons.
	2:52am coelacanth∅: ok - i guess... but there's only a handful of Clark byrds songs. they're good pop songs, but... kind of expendable songs, in my opinion, when i compare them to their contemporaries, like what Love was doing then... ...but i'm completely ignorant to his work after the byrds.
