My present job is over 40 min. from my new home, so, that's not going to a cut it with the old car I'm driving. Gotta find something closer. The place I interviewed at is only 10 - 15 min. down the road!

Plus my friend from college was going to grad school at Columbia, which was only 2 subway stops away, so, I liked the idea of living close by to a friend so I took it. 6 story walk up. Elevator shut down most of the time. When it did work a small pool of urine would be in the elevator from the homeless guy who lived on the roof. And don't get me started on the big rats we had in the basement laundry room. It was horrid.

Plus my friend from college was going to grad school at Columbia, which was only 2 subway stops away, so, I liked the idea of living close by to a friend so I took it. 6 story walk up. Elevator shut down most of the time. When it did work a small pool of urine would be in the elevator from the homeless guy who lived on the roof. And don't get me started on the big rats we had in the basement laundry room. It was horrid.
