my cole slaw is fairly traditional. cabbage, carrots, some onion, a bit of vinegar and some mayo. used Duke'smayo this time. imo, the key to good cole slaw is salting and draining and rinsing the carrot/cabbage/onion base.

I forgot to mention, Chungking Express is a fave movie of mine. My freshmen year of uni, I somehow got to sit on the voting board (had an older friend who vouched for me) of the film club, and I voted to get it filmed at the university cinema... for two weeks. It was a hit.

That's my recommendation.
