For the last 2 months we have gotten less than one inch per month, which is basically desert amounts of pricipitation (<10 inches per year=desert conditions0. I think my lawn is dying.

	12:52pm Philip: OLIVIA: I used to be foggy a great part of the time. Not much anymore. The big difference is that I run every day. Just 2 miles / 3 on the weekends. This keeps the blood pumping and the brain alert. I used to need naps. Not anymore.

Once, one of them was apparently curious while I was out on a walk/break, and I nearly walked in on them taking turns listening to my headphones, going 'WHAT. THE. HELL!'. I ducked out of sight and made a noisier entrance and they were back at their desks, nonchalantly. The thing that was playing was S.P.K.'s The Agony of the Plasma.

	2:58pm Rich in Washington: When I was really young, I worked the nightshift in an industrial paint shop. I had a boombox in my area and would play stuff like Einsturzende Neubauten, Butthole Surfers, Eugene Chadbourne, really loud. Once I went to get some materials and my boss, upon hearing the latter, a screechy rake solo, thought a piece of machinery was breaking down and in a panic, couldn't figure out how to turn off my tape player, so in a panic, he threw it across the room. He was really apologetic afterwards, and even offered to replace my boombox.
	2:58pm Michael 98145: a local station went out of business. when it died a robot voice started counting from one to infinity. not sure why. not sure how high the count reached, either.

I had a boombox in my area and would play stuff like Einsturzende Neubauten, Butthole Surfers, Eugene Chadbourne, really loud. Once I went to get some materials and my boss, upon hearing the latter, a screechy rake solo, thought a piece of machinery was breaking down and in a panic, couldn't figure out how to turn off my tape player, so in a panic, he threw it across the room. He was really apologetic afterwards, and even offered to replace my boombox.
