- i think tilapia is exceptionally boring but someone bought it for me and i'm determined to enjoy it! i'd like to make a creamy curry sauce for it but don't think i have the necessary ingredients here.

i wasn't sure. the stir-fry is chinese (maybe more japanese?) flavors. the curry is madras in a cream sauce. it works though.
(doesn't hurt that i generally love bok choy)
