	12:39pm coelacanth∅: dunkin donuts was fair when i was little. each shop made them on premises each day and they had maybe 25-35 different kinds. now they're made by machines and shipped in and they've gotten rid of at least 1/2 the flavors. ...and their coffee is shit. - not my favorite place!
	12:41pm melinda: A fresh DD plain glazed was always good. I don't know why people like their coffee, though. Tim Horton's either.

	12:43pm Bill Mac: @CC Unsolicited testimony! You listening DD? Krispy Kreme amde a big push on the East Coast about 15 years ago on the East Coast. Now there are only a few here.

	12:47pm northguineahills: Dunkin Donuts has better breakfast then McD's, and was convenient when one was near my old office, otherwise... Oh, I don't drink coffee, but their coffee is a better deal then Charbucks...
	12:48pm Bill Mac: Fortunately for me KK is a 20 minute ride. I don't need a donut that badly.

	12:49pm northguineahills: Two weeks ago, UM posted a CC classic donut franchise. Said franchise is literally down the street from me. only eat sweets once or twice a month, they don't like me.

I've missed many promising shows there because of this. I can hold a grudge when the offense gets at spiritual/religious sacraments

My old man loves it and living in France can't get it on tap where he is. Looks forward the Irish Pub in Lanzarote each year. Talking of which, recently got a message from a pal at the 'Irish Pub' in Dubai airport! Says it's the most he's ever paid for a pint of Guinness in his life.

	1:29pm fred: @Stanley: Where does he live? I'm in France and can get fussy about where I get mine. From what I heard (from a cashier at my local store) Guinness in Cameroon is much stronger, like 8% alcohol. Also it's rare on tap there, mainly bottles in exotic products specialty stores

	2:17pm Filip: Yes, I figured that later when i traveled abroad... Funny, but nonetheless they are a great tight band. Another record comes to my mind, from around the same time, from a band that I've never heard off outside of Poland and I think they were British or German: UFO, : Flying, One Hour Space Rock, a spacey guitar driven sound... Then I liked it, not sure what I would think now...

	2:21pm Bill Mac: @Filip Funny, there were several versions of that band - the one you're talking about is the early one, with Mick Bolton on guitar, the second and more popular one was with Michael Schenker on guitar. They had a lot of hits on US radio during the 70s. There might still be a version of that group still performing
	2:22pm fred: I read on another playlist that Ernie Indradat was involved in a Bush Tetras release. Is that the one? Ernie has done such a great job on so many WFMU live sessions

	2:47pm fred: I saw Terrie Ex last week and will see Andy Moor next week. Not sure when I'll see The Ex again, but I did see them last December
	2:47pm Bill Mac: I think UFO2 was everyone except for the original guitar player. Their first album together was Phenomenon, definitely a brighter production that the earlier albums. I like the earlier stuff a lot, but I don't know it very well.

They had a lot of hits on US radio during the 70s. There might still be a version of that group still performing
