@hilmar: I started harvesting tomatoes two weeks ago. Butternut squash should be ready next week. Basil and rosemary have been available for about a month, but I've yet cooked anything that needs them.
Avatar 6:02pm
northguineahills:

(one of the few perks of living in FL, I usually wouldn't even plant until mid-May in NYC)
Avatar 6:03pm
northguineahills:

It's rained all but one day in the last three weeks down here.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:10pm
David D:

NGH: Does it just rain for a while each day at least?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:11pm
Parq:

This Paris music reminds me that I watched "Amelie" over the weekend. I know all the reasons to look down one's nose at that movie, but I can't help it. Much like romantic views of Paris in general, I just buy it the way a five year old buys Santa Claus.
Avatar 6:14pm
hilmar:

@ngh: rosemary is my favorite and sage...but mostly only reading books and drinking beer in my garden...butternut squash sounds nice, i only tried hokkaido...
Avatar 6:21pm
northguineahills:

For a week it nearly rained straight, but since then it's been mostly a couple of multi-hour showers here and there. We just had Tropical Storm Alberto come close to FL (well, it hit the panhandle) and before that a tropical wave decided to slumber off the coast for almost two weeks.

@hilmar: the chocolate mint (not sure why it's called that) is ready, still waiting on my jalapenos, habaneros, bhut jolokias, and carolina reaper chilies to fruit. Sweet potatoes and eggplants will take a while. (also have cucumbers, onions, scallions, and cilantro)
Avatar 6:22pm
northguineahills:

I've only heard the Four Lads and TMBG's versions of this song.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:23pm
