He was friends of a friend of mine, and delightful at the time (my shallow description, sorry). This was 12 years ago.

	11:30pm coelacanth∅: i'm on my other, safer for web surfing laptop researching tethering. if i can do that and end up paying less than i do for both phone and internet is the only way i'd consider getting a pocket computer("smartphone"). i don't want one; the only use i can see for it beyond a regular cell phone + a laptop & internet service at home is to listen to all of wfmu while driving, and i already can listen to the main wfmu most of the time via frequency modulation...so i wouldn't get it just for that)
