This is your Captain speaking! Do you copy?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:08pm
ultradamno:

They just don't make movies with posters that feature pictures of stars numbering in the double digits anymore.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:13pm
dale:

i've seen the original and 77 - never seen the others. george kennedy as petroni (sp?) is great.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:17pm
dale:

airport 77 had a real irwin allen cheap effects look to it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:20pm
chris:

Roger, Roger. What's your vector, Victor?
Avatar 7:22pm
Devon E. Levins:

Surely you can't be serious

Hi, Devon & All! And don't call me Shirley!

david_:

Hi all. Is there really a better name than Rip Torn?
  7:32pm
JakeGould:

That “Big Terror” album cover… She is so beautiful!!!
  7:34pm
Listener Robert:

"Lost" had a "North By Northwest" allusion-as-clue that took me years to get: compass heading 325. We were supposed to get from that a similarity to the movie plot, in the form of a nonexistent person, and false identities generally.
  7:34pm
JakeGould:

Rip Torn versus Rip Taylor. One destroys. The other builds… But can’t spell!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:42pm
dale:

live and let die was the first 'adult' movie i saw in the theater. jane seymour as solitaire was an awakening
Avatar 7:43pm
Mailman Tom:

Rip Torn is the best. He was in a great episode of Boris Karloff Thriller back in '62.

@dale: No argument there!

roger williams must go through hair dryers like crazy.

david from ks:

,,that 'live and let die ' movie poster could lead one to believe it could be a 'smokey and the bandit' type joint.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:56pm
dale:

That illustrative style was big then. like ow all the tv guide covers had caricaturish illustrations of the stars on it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:56pm
dale:

some excellent boat chases in that movie though.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:57pm
chris:

great show, Devon! thank you!
  7:58pm
Ricky:

Excellent.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:59pm
