My 6th-grade teacher, upon spotting me sitting, uncharacteristically, in the detention tank (you could see in from the main hallway), while commiserating with me for giving the class jerk a beatdown, sympathetically quoted Sammy, "Don't do the crime if you can't do the time!"

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:26pm

Also, in addition to Barney Miller, Taxi. Those themes (and this one) are like a hug from my childhood.

Back in my day "This Is It (Overture, Curtain, Lights)" opened and closed "The Bugs Bunny / Road Runner Show," a Warner Brothers Seven Arts production . . . . Children viewers were unaware the W-7 that replaced the WB logo represented a company named Seven Arts run by organized crime that had bought control of Warner Bros. (1967-1970). Speaking of, Richard Gottehrer formed a production company with Seven Arts' head Lou Chesler's son . . . . Just saw the recent Mike Nesmith interview on YT, I recommend Zilch podcasts #82 & #83 . . . a Super Deluxe limited edition More of the Monkees comes out next month.
