Did you know that a mantis shrimp can strike its foe with such speed that its arm causes the water TO BOIL? I identify with bongo bug. Had a drumming dream last night: supporting a Phil Collins-ish performer, I had a full kit but was mostly playing brushes assertively on two small table-top cymbals on little stands, and I couldn't keep up on the kick drum after a while, which had a heavy pedal over-rigged with cumbersome worn leather straps/stirrup. Jung, and Joseph from the book of Genesis, and any random amateur analyst on the next barstool would say this is a "not cutting the mustard" dream. | |
