Living in Bloomfield, which is more urban, we still have deer and foxes. I came across a buck once near my house years ago. He stared at me and had the most majestic antlers. I was in awe. He turned around and ran off into the brush. That was before the luxury apartment complex was built taking away some habitat for wildlife.

I'm from NY and went to college in NJ. The Springsteen worship was overwhelming. I saw him in concert once, but wasn't a huge fan. I worked in a record store in a Manhattan with a Springsteen fan who lived in Brooklyn. The Newark Star-Ledger used to have regular articles on Bruce to no end. His music used to make my skin crawl because of the saturation. I've come to grips with that and I'm so happy that Bruce loathes Chris Christie and has lefty politics.
