	5:06pm Mike Sin: Way after the fact because I was listening at work. re: Sony CDP XE-500 players -- I'm the main broker and procurer of these 1997-2000-produced units. They usually play manufactured/"silver" CDs without a problem, but they were never designed to play CD-Rs. It is completely hit and miss with those.
