@Melinda I used to live by the Arnold Arboretum, and I do miss being able to wander over there. If you can get past the spookiness, Mt. Auburn Cemetery is a pretty wonderful arboretum in its own right, and a very cool place to spend an afternoon.

The "You're the Greatest" song reminded me of my first love; Clark Gable and the song that Judy Garland sang to him, "Dear Mr. Gable", especially the lines: well you almost tripped over me on your way--it's kind of verbatim from this song.

@Meredith That's lovely :) I had been living in Boston for years before my girlfriend turned me onto Mt. Auburn. We try to go every couple of months or so, and I'm positive I haven't seen the whole thing. @Melinda Buckminster Fuller is the rock star there-- always a bunch of trinkets left on his grave. Plus, you know, a ton of founding fathers and Boston Brahmin.
