The first time I heard Empire State of Mind, I was shocked. I thought it was a TV commercial for the Knicks. Had no idea it was a full song.

Only mistake is caused by Cologne Radio WDR2 back in 1981/82.
They played it every (sic!) day on the same news show.
It became a torture.

Tyramine would be significant to someone on MAO inhibitors or some other cases where metabolism's messed up, or in some cases where great sensitivity exists to phenethylamines. Such is not the case here. Besides, AMERICAN cheese, as I'd eaten, has very little tyramine.
