Still irregularly irregular pulse. "Horizontal" gave me a temporary improvement, but the Lovin' Spoonful made it worse. Doing high steps, bilateral toe raises & heel drops, whatever might drum a beat into my heart. There's some anecdotes that this sort of thing works.
