Lee (I used to imagine their radiator as on the NJ-side tower of the GWB) when they were Jukebox Radio, and they were effectively the primary station, their legal primary being someplace in northern NJ with much less coverage than the xltr, and they did ID by their xltr call sign. But most just ID xltrs the same as you do, "...and in Rockland County on 91.9."
