it's -1° Celsius in Berlin, that's 30° F. Apparently there's also a 90% chance of rain, but so far the 10% are winning out.

http://patersontimes.com/2017/02/06/patersons-dawa-sued-by-wawa-for-alleged-trademark-infringement/
Paterson convenience store DaWa is being sued for trademark infringement by regional chain Wawa. That's according to The Paterson Times.
Wawa has offered to help DaWa pay for new signs, but DaWa's owner says he shouldn't have to change his store's name--and won't back down without a fight...adding that DaWa means everyone is welcome in Korean.
http://abc7ny.com/news/update-major-repairs-after-target-ball-barrels-through-parking-lot/1740701/
Target is still trying to dodge a thirty-five-hundred-dollar repair bill for damage sustained by a Paramus woman's car, which was struck by a Two-Ton-Solid-Concrete-Run-Away-Ball in a New Jersey parking lot, [A-B-C-Seven-New-York reports].
The retailer says the driver of the pick-up truck that dislodged the ball and sent it careening across the parking lot should foot the bill...but a recent [Patch-Dot-Com-Poll] shows that most respondents believe Target should pay up.

The market will also offer tarot readings, sandwiches from Garden Steaks, and O'Lala empanadas.
The oddities market will run from noon to six on Saturday at Cathedral Hall on Montgomery Street.

Marcel M:
Good morning Billy Jam and listeners. Marcel M coming at you with the NYC bike weather/traffic report. Bike traffic on the roads this AM should be light because of the rain, but its no excuse to not ride today if you have the right gear! Right now its raining lightly in Brooklyn and hovering around 39 degrees fahrenheit with a real feel just about the same cuz there is virtually no wind. Light rain will let up in 20 mins or so but will continue shortly after throughout the day till about 3 or 4 PM with temperatures rising up to around 46 degrees F with low winds all day, only reaching up to 6 MPH.
If you are planning on biking in NYC today I'd say you'd need light rain boots and a light rain jacket with just a few layers underneath since its really not cold today and we'll be working up that body heat. Rain pants would help but you could maybe avoid them especially if you have rain guards. I'll be wearing a T-Shirt with a thermal over it and a light rain jacket over that, rain pants over my jeans, and rubber rain boots.
Be safe out there, take it slow when the roads are wet, and stay up! And keep it locked to Billy Jam Wake and Bake on WFMU and tune in early tomorrow at 3 am for a double header of my show, "What Was Music?" and Billy Jam right after.

Looks like the rain in Northern Brooklyn will cut out in 30 minutes or so and then come in and out for the rest of the day till about 4pm but stay relatively light. So you might have a dry-ish ride home. Stay safe out there and avoid those car doors.
