	10:54am Mike East: I've had many discussions about this Scratch track...when he says he's gonna put on an iron shirt...does he mean he's going to put on a shirt that has been ironed? That was always my take, but you never know with all the possible slang that I'm unaware of.

	11:03am the Canterbury wood-elf: The singing-stuff-over-other-people's-records thing goes back to the early days of soundclash/DJ culture in Jamaica. People like U-Roy would 'toast' over special dub versions of popular tunes to get the crowd going... this became an artform in its own right, and some of the early DJs started releasing records in this format. Arguably this is the true roots of hiphop.
