Even here on the Bay of Fundy, where tides range up to 50 feet+, waterfront property is eroding with higher-than-ever tides. I see this every day, living where I do, directly on the shores of an estuary which is part of the Bay of Fundy system.
	7:10am ausmanx: ah yes, i remember you are in exotic climes, sem! it just strikes me that every year the scientists announce that the previous 12 months has been worse than they imagined. and every year we do nothing about it. it's been hot here in sydney this week fred,(hottest night on record on tuesday) but down to a frigid 20 degrees today! but i was up in Marble Bar last month (hottest place on the planet!) so it's all relative!
