(And because I avoided it strenuously when I was younger, it hasn't worn out its welcome now that I love it.)
	10:55pm coelacanth: hey jude is one of the few songs that i always skip when i listen to a beatles album; but still i cannot deny that it was a pop masterpiece at the time.

	11:36pm Gaylord Fields: Tommy Roe and Tommy James (and David Bowie, for that matter) made really good records in a variety of styles, with no drop in quality.
	11:41pm coelacanth: - and Tommy James composed "tighter, tighter", though the alive n kickin' version is the definitive one. .....i guess i should brush up on my Tommy Roe. i never considered he did anything but bubblegum.
