Dino Things... :
Dinosaur means 'terrible lizard'. They were thin on one end, thicker in the middle, & thin again on the other end. They had big sharp nasty teeth. They question is how warm-blooded they were - how fast or slow. Was a T.Rex more like an shuffling alligator or an upright running emu? Depends on how much their tail muscles attached to their pelvis...That's theropods. Then in South America there were Sauropods - (what used to be called 'Brontosaurs', & some might be again not sure) that had femurs bigger than entire archeologists. You think that Dinos in reality were not huge like Godzilla in the movies. But - those are getting close...

...by big sharp nasty teeth - we mean T.Rex had a mouthful of 6" serrated steak knives, which would keep growing & getting replaced as needed - on perhaps a 20' running ostrich...T.Rex is no longer considered the largest carnivore ever (there's still some debate over how much they were hunters & how much scavengers) - there's Spinosaurus who had big fanning back spines & was a fisher - & stuff...
I wonder if the little girl watches 'Dinosaur Train'! It's very informative...
