	♥ 1:29pm Michael 98145: @cecile, last time i was in the twin cities i was impressed by the large number of somali now living there. over here on the left coast immigration is largely from southeast asia. we are all immigrants from somewhere.
	1:29pm Rev. Turnip Druid: $7 lunch is the low average at the trucks here. Which is marvelous compared to the fiscal violence @ pret & similar horrors in the area.
	1:32pm Cecile: Oh, we have a lot of southeast Asian immigrants, too. For a long time, St. Paul had the most Hmong people outside of Laos/Cambodia/Vietnam.
	1:33pm Cecile: but yes, immigration has increased. No longer am I told I "look ethnic".

On the thread of overpriced NYC food, my boss just bought me some mock duck drunken noodle for lunch. An hour late on the delivery, but I can't complain since I'm not paying for it. Now I can save my prosciutto sandwich for dinner.
