Bourbon St. is a drunk frat boys wet dream. I swear it didn't seem that bad 11 years ago when I was last there. Anyway, we managed to find a couple nice quieter bars to hang in on Bourbon one night and spent the evening talking to the locals who worked there and bitched about the current state of the area.
