	12:32pm Ken From Hyde Park: Just in case I drop off the WFMU message boards and no one hears from me again, let me document the sequence of events: Sunday - Bought bundle of red lettuce, removed the twist tie and put into refrigerator. Monday - Put a portion of the lettuce into plastic container for lunch. Didn't eat it. Put into refrigerator in the evening. Tuesday - Eating lettuce now. I don't detect listeria or other life-threatening problems. Wish me luck!

'shit's expensive! - and i don't think the lid could've been loose for too long. (though i don't know what i'm basing that on.)

Historical record on the slow-it-down debate: For what it's worth, an original design goal of mine years ago (before it was as dynamic as it is now) was to stall the listener's return to the playlist page, because your comment wasn't going to be there quickly enough for you to see if you weren't a bit impeded. A second reason for the extra steps was to impede a certain class of spam bots, and is to this day one of the reasons that these boards don't get overrun with spam. Thanks for your feedback!

Historical record on the slow-it-down debate: For what it's worth, an original design goal of mine years ago (before it was as dynamic as it is now) was to stall the listener's return to the playlist page, because your comment wasn't going to be there quickly enough for you to see if you weren't a bit impeded. A second reason for the extra steps was to impede a certain class of spam bots, and is to this day one of the reasons that these boards don't get overrun with spam. Thanks for your feedback!
