it starts july 4th weekend. heading to ny for a wedding then looking east then west. itinerary is still up in the air. it looks like we'll do the east coast and my son will drop me off in asheville and he does the last 5 heading back to LA.

Meghan I'm really excited! Though in a twist of irony, I saw an RN about my sleep issues last week and she put me on a gluten- and dairy-free diet for the next 6 months. So no beer for me! Distilled spirits are fine though.

@Cliff: For me, it basically comes down to remembering only to eat meals ever 4 hours, limiting snacking and not downing tons of crap as a substitute for a meal. I do that and I’m fine.
