April 19, 2016: HOMER FLYNN (The Residents' Manager)
Homer Flynn, manager of the infamous yet still anonymous sound and video art collective The Residents, joins Devon to discuss their 40th Anniversary Shadowland tour, which hits The Gramercy Theater on April 26 along with a pre-concert screening of Don Hardy's new documentary "Theory of Obscurity: A Film About The Residents." The film includes unprecedented archives and interviews with the band's inner circle and superfans Matt Groening, Penn Jillette and Mickey Melchiondo Jr. of Ween obsessed with the group's 60+ albums, films, home recordings, video productions, animations, CD-Roms, laserdiscs, podcasts and web series. But, the most pressing question remains "Whatever Happened to Vileness Fats?"
