	12:59pm Ken From Hyde Park: My motivation with the butter is to get is to spread nicely on toast. If I had time, I'd leave the butter sitting out a while before spreading it. But it's in the morning and kids are rushing out the door. So I put the crudely buttered toast on top of the toaster and turn it on for a bit. Then the butter melts and no longer chunks of hard butter sitting on the toast.
