Hola, CP! yeah, I was never a fan, but it was very sad to watch him with hopes that he'd get thru somehow & survive, along with a sense of inevitability. kinda like Amy Winehouse, and tragically too many more

Dean:

This sounds medieval like Orff's "Carmina Burana" sounds medieval. Try, as an alternative, Rene Clemencic's consort's traversal.
  4:34pm
Ochre Ogre:

Dead Can Dance for some great Medieval music.
  4:41pm
Dean:

Dead Can Dance cover the hits, yes, but dip into Jordi Savall's several ensembles or Philip Pickett's--ignoring as you listen his heinous criminal sickness--or Clemencic's or etc.

Perhaps this is an appropriate moment to report my favorite recording of Christmas music of late: Orlando Consort's Medieval Christmas. Words cannot express...not even Latin ones.

Is anyone else thinking Whopper Junior? Right now, your neighborhood BK has special holiday incentive packages featuring the Whopper Jr., small fries, and soft drink of your choice (no Pepsi) for as little as $2.99.
