Morning everybody. How goes it?
Avatar 6:30am
statoj:

Good morning, Nate! It goes very mellow not that you are here. That Fred Neil was nice! And Renbourn is much more subtle than Dylan although he kind of sounds like him in Cocaine. The for the music!
Avatar 6:31am
statoj:

That is, "now" that you are here!
Avatar 6:32am
BEAVO:

Sunday Morning Coming Down, nice show.

Good Morning Nate et al Keep burning, you're heating up a chilly Sunday morning
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:40am
Nate K:

Hi guys! We're rockin' now. @Statoj, I can't keep it mellow for long!

Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Awake! Guten Tzag NateK & All.

Mark R:

Yes, there were certainly some funny goings-on at the Jones house that evening. Supposedly several people who were there when he drowned high-tailed it out of there before the cops arrived. There are many rumors, but anybody who would know what really happened is dead now, so we'll never really know...
Avatar 6:43am
BEAVO:

Yeah It was Charlie.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:44am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Charlie Manson. He thot he was a BeachBoy.
  6:45am
Mark R:

And the other side of it is, anybody who was as high as Brian usually was (rest in peace) could easily have drowned accidentally, too.
  6:45am
Mark R:

By all accounts, Brian was a total pain in the ass, so EVERYBODY had a motive!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:46am
Nate K:

@Beavo, I always assumed it was Charlie, too.
  6:46am
Mark R:

This song is quite a bit longer than I thought it was going to be.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:46am

Good morning Nate and pyromaniacs. Voting made me late to the party
Avatar 6:48am
BEAVO:

He was aleady out of the band. odd song
  6:51am
statoj:

Got my coffee now and Who killed Brian woke me up, so rock on! Great song by the way.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:52am
Nate K:

@Mark R, yeah, I noticed that myself.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:52am
Nate K:

@Fred, do your duty.
  6:53am
statoj:

Why do I have to prove I can do math before coffee in a Sunday morning to log in? The bar is set high for this show.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:55am
fred:

@statoj: You can register and say goodbye to math puzzles. If you can remember your password before coffee, that is
  7:08am
Mark R:

I get the math wrong more often than I'd like to admit. 4+0 isn't really meant to be a stumper!
  7:10am
Mark R:

Hey Bill Mac played a song called "Life Stinks" by Rocket from the Tombs earlier. Now you're playing a BAND called Life Stinks. Coincidence? I think not.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:11am
fred:

Speaking of fill-ins, Sue did a great show last week.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:14am
Nate K:

Hey Mark, pretty sure that's where the band gets their name. Kindred cranky spirits.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:25am
fred:

Nobody does cranky as well as David Thomas, or switches to/from genuine and approachable as fast
  7:59am
Mike Sin:

I'm at the gym maintenancing my old-ass body, and your show is providing the soundtrack. I'm completely riveted by this season if "Fargo" -- I think it's incredibly clever, artfully directed, and well acted.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:00am
fred:

Badaboum!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:11am
fred:

Nate, I don't think Armelle was ever part of AH Kraken, and I'm pretty sure neither Krine or Solene were. All three have had too many projects to list, the most direct connection to the station is that Brian Turner once opened for Les morts vont bien, which is Krine and Nico from Headwar
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:17am
Nate K:

@Mike, feel the burn!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:17am
Nate K:

@Fred, my mistake, thanks for the clarification.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:25am
fred:

@Nate: I guess the label put out the AH Kraken name out there because there is a connection (small scene, there always is one). I've been seeing the members of Badaboum for years, it's a French noise/alt all-star band in a way. A very local way, so you can't possibly know about them
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:53am
Mike Sin:

Back home listening through the stereo -- I enjoyed your show today, Nate.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:58am
Nate K:

Thanks, Mike! Talk to you soon hopefully.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:59am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Thx NateK !
