Favoriting September 29, 2015: The Film Music of Fabio Frizzi (Pt. 1)
In anticipation of Italian horror music maestro Fabio Frizzi's first ever North American performances, only five in all starting this Friday, Oct. 2nd in Austin and concluding next Saturday in Philadelphia on Oct. 10th (bookending L.A., San Francisco, and Toronto), host Devon E. Levins plans the first in a two-part special dedicated to Frizzi's music. The five performances by the 8-piece "Frizzi 2 Fulci Orchestra" are in tribute to his close friend and collaborator, director Lucio Fulci, and will include suites with visuals from Zombi 2 (aka Zombie Flesh Eaters), 7 Notes in Black, The Beyond, City of the Living Dead and Manhattan Baby.
