Hey Ari: Well, besides the vocalist and bandleader, the band are all Danish, Dutch or Belgian or Swedish. The drummer is Alex Riel..and Jan it's all one track the same one:)

There were some great cats playing nearly anonymously in Europe. Most of the 1970s George Russell albums were played were European musicians (most notably, Terje Rypdal) and there is some mighty fine jamming on those discs.

Remarkable track from when people actually sang about the tough times. Now, especially re NYC, it's all about the glamour and excess and money. But enjoying the vibe, grooving and getting funky wasn't mutually exclusive from recognizing that stuff gets tough, at times.
