HA!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:47pm fred:

@Dean: But... that is Brian Wilson! To be fair, there are regular "crowdsourcing" campaigns like these: I remember being at a corporate presentation on music genre tagging where a slide had Merzbow as a top 5 representative folk artist. I think I was the only one in the room who knew about him
  3:48pm scott:

Hey Bill, what version is this Liar! It is not like, better!, than my CD version.
  3:50pm Dean:

@fred: Merzbow *isn't* folk? Didn't he do "This Land is YAAAARRGVGVGXXXXXXXXXTXTXTXTXTTTTTTTTTXTXTXT"?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:53pm fred:

@Dean: I think you're right, give or take a KRKHHKEEKR. Bonus joke: the guy later told me they dodged a bullet because the metal last.fm page had Miley Cyrus on it but they caught it in time
  3:56pm Dean:

Twerkcore
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:00pm fred:

@Dean: Made-up genres are better suited for trolling the NME or pitchfork. It is made up, right?
  4:01pm Dean:

God, I hope so.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:07pm fred:

@Dean: Google says it exists, hence it is revealed truth
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:08pm fred:

The end is nigh, let's party like it's 1966
  4:40pm SeanG:

NOO YAWK!
Avatar 4:44pm MikeY:

Nice Bill, Captain Howdy (exorcist) and 666
