The CD reissues ARE ESSENTIAL
Avatar 3:30am
Eiderdown:

I have Djungelns Lag..the live bonus track is insane. Same on the Harvester cd's...the album itself is killer than bam, they drop these long-ass live tracks that just coast you out to somewhere in Sweden where the sun is shining :)
  3:35am
turndaddy:

for real- coast masters! my favorite consequence of "minimalism" when all is said and done:) Mors Mors is another live like Djungelns. mayb my fav cuz i heard it first? lookin forward to finishin this show tomorrow afternoon jeff- dozin off now- thanks for the tunes & travel safe thru the night yall

This is my fave record of theirs. Felt perfect after Madrigal. Wonder if Bernstein knew about that record back in the day. Will have to ask him tomorrow.
Avatar 3:46am

Made perfect sense to me. Are they still playing? Or did they hang it up after parenthood?

This "Morning Meditations" album is pretty. Nice early a.m. stuff.
Avatar 5:34am
Jeff Conklin:

Hey, Mark. Thanks for checking in. It's actually a tape Anthony's been selling at shows!
  5:35am
Mark:

It's cool that you're playing a tape a guy is selling at shows. No other station would do that.
Avatar 5:36am
Jeff Conklin:

To be fair, I didn't buy it. A friend is a friend of Anthony's and grabbed it for me. I'd love to see him though!
  5:42am
Mark:

Well, what's cool about your show (and FMU) is that you're playing a guy's tape who has no agent, no promotion budget, no big label pushing him, taking it straight to listeners like me, and some of us really like it and are now fans of his.
Avatar 5:44am
Jeff Conklin:

That's the idea, Mark! Check out his LP from earlier this on VDSQ...One of my favorites of 2014.

Hey there buddy, that was a great playlist you have there. I really enjoyed listening to Kill the Enemy by The Michael Yonkers band, they are amazing and I am now planning to check their other tracks so I can enjoy more amazing music. Check the gacha life 2 release https://games.lol/gacha-club/ if you are looking for a great game to play on your PC or mobile. This simulation game will let you create an anime character.
