	7:53pm glenn: my favourite part - "The Just Mayo identity crisis, Unilever lawyers said, has hurt Hellmann’s market share, “caused consumer deception and serious, irreparable harm to Unilever” and the mayo industry as a whole. The firm wants Hampton Creek to stop calling it Just Mayo, yank the product off store shelves and pay Unilever damages worth three times the startup’s profits." hellmann's probably sells 10,000 jars of their mayo for every jar just mayo sells. it's REALLY killing their market share.

	7:57pm Holly in NC: Love me some mayo. WITH eggs. Grew up on Hellmanns, it's the only commercial brand that tastes right to me, but of course it uses crap oil. Every since I found the joy of quick & fail-safe small batch homemade mayo, there's no looking back. Takes 30 seconds! (I use the Serious Eats stick blender recipe, using high oleic safflower oil and a heavy hand with both lemon & apple cider vinegar .. and using whey drained from my yogurt when I think ahead a bit. But yeah, there's still a jar of Hellman's in the fridge, always, in case of nuclear war or something. But that may change due to their idiocy regarding their stupid lawsuit. Oh! And for laying off @ljfw's friend's mom, too! Tarnation.

John Pirozzi's Don't Think I've Forgotten: Cambodia's Lost Rock and Roll premieres in New York on November 15 at DOC NYC. In recognition of the film and its subject, we'll be playing 3 hours of Cambodian music, from traditional folk to contemporary rap and hip hop--with a generous serving of rock from the 1960s and 70s in between.

Every since I found the joy of quick & fail-safe small batch homemade mayo, there's no looking back. Takes 30 seconds! (I use the Serious Eats stick blender recipe, using high oleic safflower oil and a heavy hand with both lemon & apple cider vinegar .. and using whey drained from my yogurt when I think ahead a bit. But yeah, there's still a jar of Hellman's in the fridge, always, in case of nuclear war or something. But that may change due to their idiocy regarding their stupid lawsuit. Oh! And for laying off @ljfw's friend's mom, too! Tarnation.
