But it would've been impossible for Art to not react to the new sensations of the 20thCentury w/ enthusiasm by somebody. - I'm always on about Rawk Subcultures being African-American Rhythm & Blues - plus some European Art Movement : - Psychedelia =s Surrealism + R&B - Punk =s DaDA + R&B ...& Mod =s Futurism & R&B (or maybe PopArt) - Rawk, after all, has been a vehicle for every sort of SocioPolitical affiliation (Punk alone!) - & generally in line w/ Futurist ideas about Youth & even Violence (...shades of previous weeks consideration of Juvenalia & Rebellion complexes...) Even w/in Futurism - there are distinct Aesthetic groups? Yes?Some are more like Abstraction, or Expressionism - & some are more - urm - PopArtish? Poster-like...or something ??
