	6:09pm northguineahills: I usually sleep from 1-4ish am and 7-9ish pm, not great for my circadian rhythms.. I just fall asleep when tired.

	6:09pm Susan: I can't go to sleep until 4am either...I listen to WFMU! I was just talking to my medical doctor about my sleep schedule last week and she said it might be a sleep onset disorder,.

	6:14pm Irene Trudel: Hey Monica! Great to have you back filling in. Loving the show! Sleep-habit-wise, I'm not a late-nighter but I suppose I have a weird rhythm. Usually I fall asleep in front of the TV but don't give in and go to bed if it's before 11:30 or so. Too often I nod and wake a few times before crawling off to bed. Then I read until I fall asleep. Maybe that's why I wake up in the middle of the night too-- not a good solid chunk of uninterrupted sleep.
	6:14pm deanland: Hit the hay around 1-2 AM. Out like a light until 5 or 6 AM. Then up anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes. Back to sleep,up at 8:55 like clockwork every day, even weekends. But often not out of bed until 9:30.
	6:15pm Uncle Michael: I'm up at 6:15 regardless of when I fall asleep...so I try to fall asleep before 11:00.

	6:15pm CryztinaX: I do the same thing! My routine is turning off the light and then looking at my phone. It's either shopping, looking at Instagram or playing words with friends until 3am.
	6:16pm slugluv1313: MONICA!!! so happy to hear you here this lovely Sunday evening! Ahhhh MADHUBALA!! i thought she looked familiar! (I think I have some of her DVDs - will check when I get home) I did NOT know her tragic story though :( Sleep patterns??!! Ha ha, running joke amongst my friends and I is that I will FINALLY get to one of those "sleep disorder" centers, I will be asked, "so, when was the last time you had a good night's sleep?" and my reply shall be, "1968!"
	6:16pm deanland: BUT: if I fall asleep in the evening(8 or 9-ish), then I am up until 3,4,5 AM, and the whole pattern is upset. But still up at 8:55.

	6:22pm Parq: Desk-jockeying wage slave that I am, the only ritual part of my going to bed is making sure I do so early enough to get 6, 6 1/2 hours of sleep before my master the alarm clock summons me in the morning.

And the best thing I do is to seriously calculate what is the worst that would happen if I stop checking stuff? If nothing would happen, then whatever… I turn the phone off. Or toss it aside. 	6:14pm Irene Trudel: Hey Monica! Great to have you back filling in. Loving the show! Sleep-habit-wise, I'm not a late-nighter but I suppose I have a weird rhythm. Usually I fall asleep in front of the TV but don't give in and go to bed if it's before 11:30 or so. Too often I nod and wake a few times before crawling off to bed. Then I read until I fall asleep. Maybe that's why I wake up in the middle of the night too-- not a good solid chunk of uninterrupted sleep.
	6:14pm deanland: Hit the hay around 1-2 AM. Out like a light until 5 or 6 AM. Then up anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes. Back to sleep,up at 8:55 like clockwork every day, even weekends. But often not out of bed until 9:30.
	6:15pm Uncle Michael: I'm up at 6:15 regardless of when I fall asleep...so I try to fall asleep before 11:00.

	6:15pm CryztinaX: I do the same thing! My routine is turning off the light and then looking at my phone. It's either shopping, looking at Instagram or playing words with friends until 3am.

Ha ha, running joke amongst my friends and I is that I will FINALLY get to one of those "sleep disorder" centers, I will be asked, "so, when was the last time you had a good night's sleep?" and my reply shall be, "1968!"
