Ken From Hyde Park:

This is definitely shifting gears from the rowdy Ramones hour Dave just finished. (Not dumping on the situation, just pointing out the change of pace.)

Nick Name:

Hi Ken, oh yes…must say i enjoyed that a lot….
  12:14am
coalhard:

I read recently about an indie band releasing new songs on vinyl wish I could remember their name but keep eye out for that!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:16am
Ike:

Hello hello hello! I just tuned in, so the gear-shifting of which KFHP speaks is lost on me. Also, this sorta sounds like a Buddha Box if it were designed by a Fahey fan.
  12:16am
P-90:

Good Morning DJ Nick & crew
This IS an excellent "palate cleanser" after that Ramones Spectacular
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:16am
coelacanth:

olá Nick and others.
  12:16am
Erich Zann:

This song has no variation at all. It just goes back...and forth...back...and forth...

Heard this Ernesto track on Hello Children. Good to hear it again thanks for playing it
  12:20am

@coalhard - was it "the arcade fire"?

coalhard -new vinyl is being pressed a lot these days. i know several bands that spend the extra to have a small batch of records made of their releases.
(personally,i mean.)
...i'm very happy!
(about that,i mean!)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:27am

repetition is a form of change.

I thought new vinyl was a myth then I ran across one in the woods I told Ethel to get away from it but you know women
  12:30am
coalhard:

I must visit woods record store in town more often
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:31am

-curious to a fault.
...good thing they have 9 lives.

'guess it was too late to play dead.

I saw that too they did fantastic job during the soccer games too

I know google snoops on us but I still think it is harmless

Hello all - thx for joining...
  12:46am

Hi Nick. Thanks for staying up and playing records for everybody.

coalhard, Good question. I just checked this playlist and I see chartbeat.net, addthis.com, scorecardreseach.com, and google-analytics.com all snooping in addition to wfmu.org.

Hey, the FMU EULA says they get to run psychology experiments on you and it's completely voluntary and they're not liable for accidental OR purposeful dismemberment.
  12:52am
P-90:

d-d-d-dismemberment?!
Avatar 12:54am
Droll:

Yes, even dis-memberment is possible.
  12:55am
coalhard:

sounds like fun put me down for one of them
  12:55am
nate:

if you google "indie rock", a photo of the arcade fire comes up
  12:55am
nate:

that isn't harmless to me
Avatar 12:58am
Droll:

P-90, Basically, the only form of insurance FMU has (or can get) is the 7 second broadcast delay.
  12:59am
coalhard:

what are you hiding Nate ? is it that time you left your fly open--happened to me there is a video
  12:59am
P-90:

well then thank Dawkins for the 7 second delay
  1:02am
P-90:

EULA sounds like something that creeps up on you when you're sleeping and wraps itself around your throat or something- --I don't trust it
  1:05am
nate:

eula is a hell of a girl, just don't get her drunk
  1:06am
rw:

Eula... so that was her name.
  1:07am
coalhard:

EULA is a m a c h I n e just like the terminater
  1:11am
nate:

eula would enjoy drunken roller skating to this song
  1:13am
rw:

I also would enjoy drunken roller skating to this song.
  1:14am
coalhard:

Thanks Nate we are enjoying music here in west Virginia!
  1:14am
rw:

Or this one. Where the heck did I put those skates?
  1:18am
coalhard:

moonshine legal here but not pot it's like wiping your ass with leaves but the sign says do not flush
  1:18am
nate:

have you ever tried roller skating to glenn jones' bagpipe music? forget it!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:21am
coelacanth:

i had eula last christmas time. it looked curdled.they said it was normal. it was delicious but it gave me a hangover before i ate it.

fleep i agree those nelson mandela quotes are sweet.
Avatar 1:23am
fleep:

Yet in some cuisines they don't use eula until it's covered in mold, which is used to mold people who step out of line.
  1:25am
P-90:

It gave you a hangover? I thought it was a traditional hangover REMEDY
  1:25am
rw:

Hang on. I'm getting lost here. Mold covered eula?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:26am
coelacanth:

when i was out of line i got spanked; but i guess in some households they get molded.
Avatar 1:26am
Droll:

Eula is such a pretty sounding name, her poor sister is called Mrvka.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:28am
coelacanth:

ah,but her ugly name gave her incentive to invent things like tv and electronic ignition,& the kite - to "show them all".
  1:34am

been roller skating in my mind for the past half hour. I think it's time to sit down.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:59am

...and- what kind of ranching is done there? I think i see tombstones!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:04am
coelacanth:

i see,Droll. This comes back around to the first comment (yours) mentioning eula; and possible dismemberment.
  2:20am
P-90:

I think one of those headstones says......"JR"
  2:27am
rw:

I do miss Eula... and the time we spent on the ranch together.
Avatar 2:40am
Droll:

Eula has so many vowels in it, and the one consonant is soft and also long... It's such a great sounding word. Surprising it's not already a common word.

Thx NN for another super enjoyable and informative radio program.
