	10:25am βrian: From what I understand, modern wheat has been extensively hybridized to attain a manufacturing ideal. And the supply has become homogenous, so nobody has any variety in their diet anymore.

YET the phone could do this if you were tech/hacker savvy.. - you lease the phone.
