Hi ausmanx, also listening in Sydney. Listened to Jeffs show(s) for many years on East Village Radio until its recent demise. I can vouch for Jeff's jams.

@Eiderdown: I feel that! Thanks for tuning in!

Kalacakra - take out the second k and it looks like the colloquial Tamil word meaning "(you are) being rad", add an h after the c and it becomes "wheel of time"

Very pleasant show tonight Jeff. Very gentle compared to one of your old Just Music freak-outs. Hope you get a regular slot, especially one where I can listen live.

...just when you think FMU could not possibly bring another flavor of unique & interesting...see no reason not to ☆ program...great morning stuff here (Tues. is *my* Sat.)...
Avatar 5:12am
Jeff Conklin:

@markdavess: The Schwab track?

@revolution Rabbit: Hey, thanks!
  5:20am
markdavess:

Yes, the Schwab track. 'Unendlichkeit' is literally kind of 'unendlessness', though the translation is 'infinity' 'Suche' is 'search', you can see the common origin of the words.
  5:29am
markdavess:

Sorry, what am I saying? More like 'unendingness', I.e. 'endlessness', I.e. infinity.
Avatar 5:37am
Jeff Conklin:

Thanks, Markdavvess

SITTING ON A CORNFLAKE:

Great show - just heard it over - good selection - whilst, thankfully, not that far into Avant Garde to be 3 hours of drone, but really interesting music!
