Almost every one of these backgrounds becomes my new favorite.
There's real design genius in extending the nostalgic image from the "Magic Garden" TV show with that gorgeous HD wallpaper. No one else does "environmental" Playlist pages like these. Brava, Diva!

The thunder storm was scary.
I was luck that I wasn't ouside, which could have been very likely.
and my balcony was in the right direction.
There was a huge multi-cultural festiva (in memory on Nazi-terroroism 10 years ago).
Guess that must have ended appruptly.

Remember a thundersorm like yesterday ended a festival in Belgium (Pukelpop, Anna Calvi about to enter the stage) with several deaths.

Usually i enjoy thunders torms, but beeing outside can be really dangerous and thunderstorms becomming more extreme. Also little tornados becomming more and more common.

Would you believe i once was hit by a lightning?
I was lucky, it was just a tiny side-branch!
To me it was just a little electro impulse!
But friends told me it was a real lighning visible hitting my head!

That thing with the lightning was ten years ago.
It left an impression to take those thing serious.
By the way, THE REAL LIGHNING hit down in the Rhine a few seconds later.
And that was something!
We were on the top of a bridge and the sky wasn't yet really dark above us.
we saw the thunderstorm coming and decided to leave the shore.
that's why we were on the bridge.
Just an impression how fate works.

i was using thee bathroom in my basement when lightning hit a tree in thee backyard. it made an amazing sound. as far as i know no superheros shoot lightning from their nether regions...maybe its a super villain thang...?

A few years ago a few friends and I were just a few feet from a very large tree in Central Park when it was hit by a HUGE bolt of lightning

lightning hit a black walnut tree in our back yard. the neighbor said she saw a big ball lighning come from the tree and go bouncing down our driveway. damn I woulda loved to see THAT!
