Every show starts with the ’70s! We’ll rediscover forgotten rockers, revisit unfairly maligned disco beats and replay power-pop favorites. Next: plenty of new releases, occasional live bands and more. Don’t let the nickname confuse you.

@Holly, for goodness sakes, your're pretty, you could have gotten the pizza delivery guy to give you lift without even expecting a tip! BTW are you having to walk under those creepy crackling hi-tension lines tha make every step a scene out of a mass murder video?

"Daddy, what does regret mean? Well son, the funny thing about regret is,It’s better to regret something you have done, than to regret something you haven’t done. And by the way, if you see your Mom this weekend, be sure and tell her, SATAN, SATAN, SATAN!!!"
That may explain a lot about me :-)

@Holly: the G is the stepchild of the MTA, only goes between Brooklyn and Queens, and oddly, one of the few direct ways of getting from south to north Brooklyn. Known for short trains, long waits, and spotty service, especially on weekends.

My dad took me to Yankee Stadium once (Bucky Dent! swoon!), fam went to see Peter's Dragon & the Rockettes (?!) , girl scout troop went to see Annie, & finally my bf & I snuck onto train to Times Square to get fake ID (I chose the New School of Social Research) - we needed ID to see The Ramones - in New Haven. Also to get mudslides at Fitzwillys & sloe gin fizzes at the Norge. God those were the glory days of bartenders just not giving a shit!

@Holly: Yeah, she was in it too! And Sigourney Weaver, Kevin Kline. Everyone was pretty miserable, you're right. I was just thinking 70s CT, trips to NYC.
