Cut fresh pineapple into cubes or slivers, mottle together fresh mint and sugar into a nice "wet sand" consistency, then sprinkle the mint sugar and some natural yoghurt over the pineapple. Lovely.

@Mary, 3;38 - on the first RSD, after I went to the one participating store in my neck of the woods,l I went to a few of my favorite used-record stores. The owners were kind of unimpressed with the whole thing. And I agree with you about skipping the lines at the participating stores. Besides, the WFMU Record Fair is just six weeks away!
