Haven't had in years but I bet I could still eat the whole (9x13) pan.

btw I LOVE broccoli. After ages of lightly steaming, roasting, sauteeing etc I've been rediscovering loooonnnng braising (i.e., making mush) which is sinfully good. I get plenty of vitamins elsewhere :-)
