Sounds ripped from cassettes & CDs found in immigrant-run mom & pop stores. Deconstructed icons. Field recordings. Sonic mayhem from the far corners of the internet.

Sometimes my connection doesn't support pop-up or 128k.
Of course, I may be the only person in the non-rural US who has this issue, due to my mule-like refusal to deal with Time Warner.

@Holly
I still haven't got the hang of favoriting tracks. I would like the system better if I could just star the tracks I don't like.

Re "downloading". When I have $ I go to my fave kickass local coffeeshop & tip well. When broke I go to a local 24-7 grocery store that has 24-7 internet access , even after their Starbucks closes @ 8 pm....

PLEDGE ALERT...PLEDGE ALERT...PLEDGE ALERT!
The ghost in the WFMU machine and the man behind the 20-year-young radio show Ken's Last Ever Radio Extravaganza — KENZO — has made a pledge. Thanks Kenzo!
Kenzo's show is now on hiatus, but is normally heard on Wednesdays, 2-4pm, here on Give the Drummer Radio.
You can spend a lifetime getting lost and unlost and re-lost in Kenzo's archives, here: lastever.org
