@northguineahills
Vinny Golia is wonderful. Not well known because he's a left-coaster. Has been recording and releasing his own music (and the music of others) for years on his own record label, 9 Winds. Much spectacular stuff from him, et al.

Avatar 11:26am still b/p:

Speakin' of dates, Jimi's holding the Sept. '67 issue.

When someone I know sends me one of those LinkedIn invites here's what they freakin' need to do: Spell out briefly and accurately exactly what it means to accept the invitation. What kind of information is exchanged around what circles, etc. What happens, what the hell happens? LinkedIn itself, with all those auto reminders of invitations should include a capsule overview of what the hell it means, what's involved. The inviters never give a good explanation, even when asked directly.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:28am Doug Schulkind:

@still b/p
It sure seems like all those LinkenIn invitations are automated and have nothing to do with the person on the other end.

What a pathetic species we are.
  11:32am earrie:

oh- take a step back for some perspective - it's all about collecting info because that's what they're selling.
