	4:07am Julie: I've got it before for bands, had to with the word Hurricane in it

	4:10am listener mark: Super Kitty is a barley wine. It is a seasonal, knock your socks off. 12% alcohol.
	4:11am flashback: i gave up drinking in 1989.about anything will knock my socks off.
	4:11am listener mark: Yes, Hurricaine Kitty is an India Pale Ale.
	4:13am flashback: in my drinking days i had 3 long island iceteas and 5 beers in one sitting in a hotel bar and walked out on my own power.now one beer would finish me i am sure.
	4:15am listener mark: All things in moderation. Sometimes it works out for the best, if nothing at all.
	4:16am flashback: those days are behind me.no regrets but those days are gone.they were fun in fact.
	4:18am listener mark: The use of a substance to alter stages of conciousness aren't needed. I've gone on weekend retreats, the meditation sessions were unbelieveable.
	4:20am flashback: i don`t meditate but am happier without the substances.
	4:23am flashback: i am retired so the lack of work stress helps me enjoy life more.
	4:23am Julie: I can't sit still long enough to meditate, music can be transcendental though
	4:24am Julie: Well, I can sit still, rather I can't stop thinking
	4:24am listener mark: To sit quietly, and listen. Really listen. You can hear your own heartbeat, the birds, people talking outside in the street, a dog barking, always a dog barking. lol

	4:25am Julie: It's either thinking of all the things I SHOULD be doing, or just falling asleep
	4:27am flashback: it occured to me that i was 18 or 19 when the jefferson airplane recorded the song you played by them.

	4:31am listener mark: Is there anything I can do in the next fifteen minutes that will change anything I'm worried about? No. So I'll sit here and listen to Dark Night of the Soul with Julie.
