	9:33pm john: Roadrunner Pedantry Watch: The single and album versions of Roadrunner were recorded a couple years apart. And there were two more recorded in between with Kim Fowley (excuse my french) that came out several years later. All sound a bit (or a lot) different, different lengths, instruments, etc. And those were just the four versions that were done before the first album. For that alone, it should be the state song.

About 10 hours (or 22 with time offset) found myself in Hoboken singing Joy Division and Psych Furs at Meghan's b'day party and hoisting pints with Joe McG and Daniel B. It's taken me an additional 4 days to recover from a combo of the flight and the immediate partying!

And there were two more recorded in between with Kim Fowley (excuse my french) that came out several years later. All sound a bit (or a lot) different, different lengths, instruments, etc. And those were just the four versions that were done before the first album. For that alone, it should be the state song.
