	1:59am Wm.: Flourishing is new to WFMU's new bin; some other DJs have played it as well. Expect to hear more of it, on this show and others. Pegged it immediately as a brilliant work, and the band is from NYC apparently as well.

	2:05am Adam in Portland and Lynnwood: I wonder if anyone else heard a fair bit of Chuck Schuldiner influence, or mere coincidence as such, in the vocals from Flourishing. Whatever the case, that is, to me, a high positive, and a great reminder to dig out some old Death records for re-spins.

	♥ 2:21am fred: Hello William and listeners. I saw Inland Empire back when it was released, and haven't see any movie since.
	2:29am Wm.: To me, Inland Empire was the culmination of everything Lynch has been working on since his early shorts. It had elements that recalled Eraserhead, as well as his slightly more-conventional dramas like Wild At Heart, and his identity-mind-fuck films like Mulholland Drive. Maybe not his best film ever, but way up there, and must be viewed multiple times to take in its many layers, and colorful symbolism. Just what I want from a film by a great auteur, and then some!
	2:41am Arvo: Thanks SiHV! I was watching Night Gallery, when robot maids fight back! (and some other padding episode with a vampire and Lovecraft reference). Good soundtrack music here. Digging this "Hobo Sunn", good night so far. I had only seen Inland Empire a few times, and never recall it, probably never saw it sober, but I have already mentioned a few things that were striking to me, as to why this movie could somewhat adequately be referred to as a horror movie. Excellent movie, whatever the hell it was about. I'd love to know what Lynch knows about Jung.

Between dance and music I must have seen close to a thousand since I saw Inland Empire. That left little time for anything else
