  3:48pm
DCE:

my main question right now is "why are my speakers turned all the way up and yet the volume is so low?"
  3:51pm
duke:

@DCE I had the same problem earlier. I realized I have 3 volume controls: VLC has one, the computer has one, and my earbuds have one. Just crank everything up to 11.
  3:53pm
green mountain man mark:

  3:54pm
BagaVita:

  3:54pm
Rachael:

I'm listening on a boom box, but reading here. I like to know I've got the analog going.
  3:56pm
Rachael:

My roommate's super fancy stereo can never get even a slight WFMU signal, but my boom box (with some speaker wire to take the place of the missing antenna) pushed near a window does just fine.
  3:57pm
ERD:

Shoot, I thought the WFMU homepage earlier this morning said there was a fill-in today so I didn't tune in until a minute ago.
  3:58pm
DCE:

@dcp, this is a good point...must investigate...
  4:01pm
dcp@:

ERD: you should know by now to always show up no matter what--Bethany would have been great too.
  4:03pm
Mike Fun:

Ophiclede is a large brass instrument, kind of like a tuba

  4:16pm
Fredericks:

Shepp/Cherry
  4:17pm

  4:19pm
